Due to COVID-19 when placing your order please keep in mind we care about the safety of our clients and is making sure all products are being sanitize properly.

Due to sanitary reasons, all sales are FINAL. There will be absolutely NO REFUNDS. 

All orders are shipped in 7-14 business days. All wig units are shipped within 2 business weeks.

BOOKING

1. ALL DEPOSITS MUST BE PAID PRIOR TO RECEIVING ANY CONFIRMATIONS

​2. FINAL PAYMENTS CAN BE MADE VIA CASH, DEBIT/CREDIT CARD OR ON SITE

​3. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE/NON TRANSFERABLE.

 4. NO SAME DAY APPOINTMENTS. NO EXCUSES.

INCLUDED HAIR COLORS ARE 1, 1B, 2 & 4

ANY OTHER COLOR MUST BE REQUESTED DURING THE BOOKING OF YOUR APPOINTMENT

 

APPOINTMENT DAY​

1. Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes before your appointment time. (This does not mean come late). If you choose to arrive 15 or even 20 minutes early to avoid traffic please plan to wait patiently outside until closer to your time. Minors are allowed one guardian. Please, no extra people/ kids.
